After you select your plan above, you get to pick your first box theme (either the Hike Pack or Hammock Welcome Box). After that, you'll move to the regular cycle of themes. You could get the same box as everyone else, but it's not guaranteed. Our adventure experts work hard to curate the variations based on the seasons, interests and available inventory. But rest assured, the value, quality, and quantity of the items in all variations of our kits are comparable each month.
If you order prior to the 13th of the month, your Welcome Box will ship by the 24th of that month. If you order after the 13th of the month, your Welcome Box will ship by the 24th of the following month. We understand you may be eager to get your new gear! You'll be charged on the day you sign up. After that, you will automatically get charged on your renewal date (varies by monthly plan type).
Your membership automatically renews on the 4th of each month (9:00pm PDT/PST). There are no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime in your customer account. Just be sure to cancel by the first of the month or your membership will automatically renew.
