What's the details on the Welcome Box?
This is a limited-time offer for new subscribers who joined after June 14th. If you were cancelled and re-activated you are not eligible. The Welcome Box will be your first month's box, then you'll move to the regular cycle. The products included are: Grand Trunk Ultralight Hammock, 5ft. Grand Trunk Straps, Gear Aid Tenacious Tape Mini Patches, UCO Gear Hurricane Matches 25 count, Skratch Labs hydration mix and a Nomadik sticker.
How does the subscription service work?
Pick your plan, sign up, we'll ship you a themed adventure box with the latest gear, you get to keep it all. You don't mail anything back, there's no hidden fees. We re-bill on the 5th and we ship on the 25th each month (except December, we ship on the 20th).
How much value is in each box?
We guarantee each box has at least $50 retail value, and up to $70.
What’s inside the box?
We focus on new, unique, and multi-functional items. We curate box themes based on seasons and activites (e.g. Hike Hydration, Summer Fun, Cold Weather Adventures, Camp Kitchen, Everyday Carry, Roadtrippin'). We can’t tell you exactly what's in the box, that would ruin the surprise. Inside is gear, tools, accessories, food/energy, education and inspiration (The Nomadik Challenge).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts and no fees to cancel. You can cancel within your customer account, you can login on the homepage or here: https://thenomadik.com/customer/login Once you login scroll down, on the left side under Subscription click on "EDIT," from there click "CANCEL." PLEASE NOTE: If you let your subscription renew then cancel after the renewal date (4th at midnight) you will still recieve the shipments associated to your renewal, you will not get a refund. Your subscription will not renew after that. If we expedite a shipment and your subscription is active you will auto-renew for the current month. If you purchase and then cancel right away this disables the next renewal, you will still get your shipments associated to your order.
Does everyone get the same box?
Everybody could get the same box, but not always. We ask you to fill out your profile questions in order to understand your interests and favorite activities. Our goal is to tailor the box to your interests.
When does the box ship?
Subscription boxes ship on the 25th each month. If you purchase before the 14th you'll be in that month's batch. If you purchase after the 14th, you'll be in the next month's batch- we can expedite your shipment free of charge, email [email protected] after you order. The Welcome Kit isn't available for free expedited shipping prior to 7/22. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID19 shipping carriers are experiencing intermittent delays nationwide, shipments could be delayed while in transit.
I live outside the USA or in a hard to reach area, can I order a subscription?
Yes! As soon as your box ships you automatically get a tracking email. Shipments outside of the USA take 6-14 days to arrive from the day they are scanned in by USPS. International shipments do not have free postage and are not included in any other shipping related offers.
Can I return or exchange my box? What about an individual product I bought?
You may return your box for a full money back refund if the box and products are in original condition. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your box and provide the reason, however, returns and refunds are at our sole discretion. We don't provide shipping for returns. What is the Ironclad Guarantee?
If you aren't happy, for whatever reason, you can return your box for a full refund. No questions asked. See above for details.
