Tell me more about the Welcome Box?
The Welcome Box is only available for new members who joined on or after June 14th, 2020. If you were a member prior to June 13th, 2020, who canceled and re-activated your subscription, then you are not eligible. New members mean a new subscription. If you purchased one subscription prior to June 13th, 2020, and purchase an additional subscription after June 14th,2020, your second subscription is eligible for a Welcome Box.
The items in the Welcome Box will change periodically.
When will my gear kit ship?
We typically ship by the 24th of each month (except December, which will ship by the 20th). If you become a member prior to the 13th of the month, your Welcome Box will ship by the 24th of that month. If you become a member after the 13th of the month, your Welcome Box will ship by the 24th of the following month.
We understand you may be eager to get your new gear! If that’s the case, we can expedite your first month free of charge. Just email email@example.com after you subscribe.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing intermittent delays nationwide. Shipments could be delayed while in transit.
Can I cancel anytime?
No problem! Of course, we would love to have you as a member, but you can cancel or re-activate whenever you want. You can cancel directly in your customer account, without having to email or call us. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the first day of the month. For the 1-month plan, you need to cancel on or before the first of each month. For the 6 and 12-month plans, you need to cancel before the end of your membership term.
To cancel a subscription:
1. Login to your account
2. Click the orange UPDATE button under Manage Subscriptions
3. Click the green EDIT button under Your Subscriptions
4. Click the green CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button
5. Answer the questions and click the green SUBMIT button
Please note that canceling your account does not provide you with a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect the following billing cycle.
If you cancel after the first of the month, you will still receive your gear kit and will not be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation will be effective the following billing cycle.
If you subscribe and cancel your membership right away, you will receive your first month, and all subsequent months will be canceled (unless you prepaid for a 6 or 12-month membership). 6 and 12-month memberships are prepaid and therefore non-refundable.
How will my membership work?
As a member of The Nomadik, you will receive a gear kit every month with your first month consisting of our sought-after welcome box. Each subsequent month will feature a gear kit that is hand-curated by our adventure experts, featuring the latest gear, helpful tips, and a Nomadik Challenge, all pulled together into an exciting theme. You get to keep it all and never have to mail anything back.
Your membership automatically renews on the 5th of each month and we typically ship by the 24th of each month (except December, which will ship by the 18th). There are no hidden fees and you can cancel anytime. Just be sure to cancel by the first of the month or your membership will automatically renew.
